How do I book a party?
Complete a booking form. We will email you to confirm availability, party details, and secure your deposit. Or call us at (646)844-0062 to complete your booking with a Party N Play coordinator. Please allow 1-3 business days to respond to booking request and inquiries. One week prior to your party date, we will confirm all pertinent information, including the number of kids attending so appropriate number of crafts and materials can be provided.
Is the paint used washable?
Yes, if the paint is washed immediately with soap and warm water. However, fabric paints are not washable. Smocks may be provided to help protect clothing.
How far in advance do I need to book a party?
We fill up fast and in months in advance, but last minute parties may be available. The final count of the number of kids and crafts should be provided one week prior to the party in order to ensure crafts and materials are available.
What is the 15% service charge?
Service charge includes taxes, travel fee and gas
Do you provide tables and chairs?
No, we do not provide the kids tables and chairs. We ask that you have at least a 6 foot table for us to work on
What happens if I do not use all of the crafts that I requested?
Since the requested crafts are specific to your party, you will be charged for the entire amount even if all crafts are not used. Unused crafts are yours to keep; however, all craft materials are the property of Party N Play.
Can the crafts be matched to the party theme?
Yes, simply provide the theme when booking your party and we can provide ideas to incorporate. Some additional fees me be associated depending on the specifics
What type of events do you attend?
Anywhere children need entertainment! Birthdays, Communions, Bar Mitzvah's, Bat Mitzvah's, Sweet sixteens, Christenings, Weddings, Camps , Festivals, Block parties, and School Fundraisers to name a few
